Don't see your system?

Connected does not mean every system does the same thing.

What Grabb can read, write or execute depends on the source, edition, available data, workflow and permissions.

  • Read

Bring the data required for the workflow into Grabb.

  • Run

Use that context to prioritize or execute supported Commerce Operations work.

  • Write back

Update the source system only where the connection, workflow and permissions support it.

We confirm the exact connection scope during setup.

Questions about Grabb integrations

What systems does Grabb connect to?

Today Grabb connects to Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce, QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Genius ERP and Prextra. Data and order sources also include Excel/XLSX, PDF, email, SQL and PostgreSQL. See the catalog above. Share your systems and workflow so we can confirm connection scope.

Can Grabb connect to QuickBooks Online?

Yes. QuickBooks Online is a current connection. Confirm the data access, synchronization and permitted updates for your workflow during setup.

Can Grabb connect to QuickBooks Desktop?

Yes. QuickBooks Desktop is a current connection and is distinct from QuickBooks Online. The desktop workflow, data access and permissions are confirmed during setup.

Do you support Xero or Sage?

Contact us about Xero or Sage with your product, version and workflow. We can confirm what is possible for your stack.

Can Grabb connect to our ERP if it is not listed?

Potentially. Connection scope depends on the system, available APIs/data access and the workflow you need. Tell us the system and use case and we can evaluate it.

Can Grabb use files instead of an API?

Yes. Supported workflows can use sources such as Excel, PDF and email, as well as structured database connections.

Can Grabb connect directly to databases?

Yes, for supported database/data-source configurations such as SQL/PostgreSQL. Exact access and synchronization depend on the setup.

Can Grabb write back into our ERP?

Where the supported connection, workflow and permissions allow it. Read access does not automatically mean write access.

Does Grabb replace our ERP?

No. Your ERP remains the System of Record. Grabb runs supported Commerce Operations work around and across the systems you already use.
