Sales execution

Know which customer needs attention before revenue goes quiet.

Grabb watches buying behavior across every account, finds missed reorders and growth opportunities, and gets the next sales step moving.

For CPG brands, distributors and manufacturers with more customers and SKUs than a sales team can manually watch.

When sales starts to scale

Growth gives every rep more to sell, and more to miss.

More customers. More SKUs. More territories. More buying patterns. The business grows faster than anyone’s ability to watch every account.

The data is there. The problem is nobody can watch all of it.

As the business scales, the number of small commercial changes multiplies faster than the team can manually review them.

Why growth creates operational gaps →

  • A regular customer is late to reorder.
  • A high-value account is quietly slowing down.
  • A new SKU still has not reached enough customers.
  • A cross-sell opportunity is sitting inside an existing account.
  • A rep does not know which customer deserves attention today.

The gap

Your CRM knows the account. It doesn’t know when the account changed.

Your CRM records

  • Who the customer is
  • Who owns the account
  • Activities
  • Notes
  • Opportunities
  • Pipeline

Buying behavior reveals

  • This customer is slowing down
  • This reorder is late
  • This product is missing
  • This account is accelerating
  • This territory is underpenetrated
  • This customer needs attention now

Your CRM records what your team already knows. Grabb watches what customers actually do.

From transactions to action

Every sale leaves a signal about what should happen next.

  1. 1

    Transactions

  2. 2

    Normal customer buying behavior

  3. Something changes

  4. 4

    Risk or opportunity

  5. 5

    Priority

  6. 6

    Follow-up moves

Illustrative signals

  • Customer normally orders every 28 days → now day 42
  • Customer buys three categories → a relevant fourth is missing
  • New SKU adoption is behind expected penetration
  • High-value account purchasing is slowing down

Grabb watches for the change. Your reps don’t have to.

Grabb detects the signal, decides whether it deserves attention, then moves the configured next step or brings it to the rep.

01 · Account priorities

Stop reviewing every account.Start with the ones that changed.

A good customer rarely announces that they are about to slow down. Their buying behavior usually changes first.

Grabb compares each account to its own normal buying rhythm and surfaces the ones that need attention.

  • Recover missed reorders

Catch recurring customers moving beyond their normal buying cadence.

  • Protect active accounts

See slowing behavior before the account becomes dormant.

  • Catch positive momentum

Notice customers accelerating while there is still time to build on it.

02 · Growth moves

Find the next sale inside the customers you already have.

As the catalog grows, no rep can remember every product every customer should be buying.

Grabb compares customer and product behavior across the book to surface the most relevant next growth moves.

  • Product penetration

See which relevant products or categories are still missing from an account.

  • New SKU introduction

Prioritize the customers most likely to adopt a new product and track penetration as the launch progresses.

  • Replenishment

See which product normally comes back but has not been reordered on schedule.

Turn a product launch from “tell the reps about it” into a measurable account-by-account sales motion.

03 · Rep execution

Your best reps should sell, not prepare to sell.

Before every call or visit, someone has to figure out what changed, what the customer buys, what is missing and what deserves attention. Multiply that across a territory and preparation becomes part of the job.

Grabb prepares the context before the rep steps in.

Before

  • Search account history
  • Review reports
  • Compare orders
  • Remember new products
  • Decide who to call

With Grabb

  • Who needs attention
  • Why now
  • What changed
  • What opportunity exists
  • What to do next

Less account preparation. More customer time.

04 · Performance

Revenue tells you what happened.Behavior tells you what could happen next.

A sales target can tell you you’re behind. It does not tell you why, or what your reps should do about it today.

Target / result

  • Quota pacing
  • Sales performance

What’s driving it

  • 8 accounts slowing
  • 14 expansion opportunities
  • New SKU penetration behind target
  • Territory reorder cadence changing

Manage the behavior underneath the number before the number becomes the problem.

Questions about sales execution

Is Grabb a CRM?

No. Grabb is Commerce Operations software that works with your existing CRM, ERP and accounting systems. Its sales capability watches purchasing behavior, runs configured follow-up and organizes the work that needs a rep.

How does Grabb know when a customer is at risk?

Grabb compares each customer’s current purchasing behavior to their historical pattern, cadence, volume and product mix to detect when an account is slowing down or departing from normal.

Can Grabb identify missed reorders?

Yes. Grabb compares purchases with the customer’s usual cadence and can start the configured follow-up when a reorder is late.

Can Grabb recommend products to sell?

Yes. Grabb identifies relevant product gaps from the purchase data available in your connected systems. It prioritizes products or categories the customer does not yet buy from you. It does not assume visibility into purchases from other suppliers.

Can reps use Grabb by territory or assigned accounts?

Yes. Priorities can be scoped to assigned accounts and territories so each rep sees the actions relevant to their book of business.

What systems does Grabb connect to?

Grabb uses transaction data from supported accounting, ERP, ecommerce and order sources. Confirm the connector and available actions for your setup on the integrations page.

Do we need clean CRM data first?

Grabb works primarily from transaction data: orders, invoices and sales history from your connected systems. Clean CRM data helps, but the core signals come from purchasing behavior.

Can we keep our existing CRM?

Yes. Your CRM remains in place for contacts, activities and pipeline. Grabb uses purchasing history to run configured follow-up and prepare priorities for reps.
