FAQ

Questions about trying Grabb

Does this work with QuickBooks Online and Desktop?

Yes. Grabb supports configured integrations for QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop. Exact transaction types and write-back behavior depend on your edition, permissions, and setup.

Can I try Grabb without connecting QuickBooks?

Yes. The public purchase-order test is designed to show extraction and a structured preview without an ERP connection. QuickBooks is only involved after onboarding, authorization, and configuration.

What happens if my PDF contains errors or missing details?

Unclear lines, missing fields, and ambiguous product codes should be flagged for review. Grabb is built to surface uncertainty rather than invent missing information.

Can Grabb match product codes to my QuickBooks items?

After your item catalog and mappings are connected, Grabb can match customer or manufacturer codes to internal SKUs using your configured rules. The anonymous public preview extracts what is on the document; it does not verify SKUs against your live QuickBooks file.

Are my uploaded documents private?

Uploaded trial documents are processed for the preview experience under Grabb’s privacy practices. Do not upload files you are not authorized to share. Full retention and deletion rules for the public test will be published when the test opens.

What happens after I test my first order?

You can request activation, connect the systems you already run, and move from sample extraction into a configured order workflow. No order is written to QuickBooks until an authorized connection and validation process are in place.
